Ingredients
2 cups - Basmati Rice
1 - Onions
1 - Carrots, cut into cubes
1 - Potatoes, cut into cubes
1/2 cup - Peas
1 cup - Cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tsp of Pulao masla or Biryani Masala
3 - Cloves 1 - Cinnamon sticks
Salt as needed
Oil as needed
Grind to Paste:
1 Inch - Ginger
5 - Garlic cloves
4- Green chillies
2/3 cup - Mint leaves
2/3 cup - Coriander leaves
Water as needed (keep it a thick paste)

Method
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and add cinnamon stick,cloves and chopped onions.
- When onions turn transparent add the grinded paste and cook for 5 min.
- Now add Pulao masala, salt and all the remaining veggies.
- Add washed basmathi rice and mix well.Transfer the contents to an electric cooker.
- Add 3 and 1/2 cups of water ,cover and cook until the rice is done on low flame.
- Serve hot with raita.
Tips
- You can also cook in pressure cooker upto 2 vessels instead of electric cooker.
- You can use ghee instead of oil, to make it more tasty.
