Description: What if I told you that you could make creamy, delicious kulfi at home.Iit's very easy and uses few ingredients. And anyone can make it - really, if you know how to mix sugar in your tea, you can make kulfi too.
Ingredients
Milk - 1 1/2 litres
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Pistachios - 1/2 cup
Almonds - 1/2 cup
Grounded Green cardamom seeds (chotti elaichi) - 1/4 tsp
Condensed milk - 400 gm

Method
- Coarse ground Badam and Pista in blender. In a dry pan roast this mixture and Green cardamom for 10 min.
- Same time heat milk in a saucepan and bring it to boil. Simmer and reduce to one litre, stirring constantly.
- Add sugar and stir till it dissolves. Then add condensed milk. Chop the toasted almonds and add it to the milk.
- Now add the roasted nuts mixture and mix.
- Pour in the prepared moulds, seal them airtight and freeze them in the refrigerator.
- Serve chilled.

Tips
- Instead of condensed milk u can take 3 litres of milk and reduce to 1 litre, and proceed in the same way.
- To make kesar badam kulfi, soak saffron in a tablespoon of warm milk and add it to the reduced milk. Repeat the same procedure as above.
- Even if you do not have moulds you can freeze it in a container. Scoop it in a bowl and serve when needed.
