Macaroni - 3 cups
Onion(chopped) - 1
Capsicum(chopped) - 1
Tomato(chopped) - 1
Ginger Garlic paste - 1/2 spoon
Red Chilli Powder- 1tsp
Garam Masala - 1tsp
Lemon Juice - 1/4 tsp (optional)
Salt as required
Oil as required

Method
- Boil Macaroni for 8-10 mins in sufficient water.
- Drain the hot water and pour cold water over macaroni.Drain again and add 1 tsp of oil and keep aside.
- Heat about 2 tbsp of ghee or oil in a frying pan and add finely chopped onions, chopped capsicum and cook till onion turn translucent.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook till soft.
- Now add red chilli powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste and cook for few mins.
- Add cooked macaroni and mix gently.
- Add lemon juice

Tips
- You can add some more veggies like sweet corn pellets or peas.
- This dish tastes best when hot.
- Add salt while boiling macaroni.
- Do not over boil macroni, they ll loose their shape.
