So here i am giving a healthy and tasty option which u can prepare quickly to satisfy your pizza craving anytime of the day.. You can either use an oven or a pan to prepare it.
Ingredients
Brown/White Bread slices - 4
Pizza sauce - 6 tsp
Onion (big size) - 1
Capsicum - 1
Tomato (medium size) - 2
Chilli Sauce - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder(optional) - 1 tsp
Oregano(optional) - 1/4 tsp
Grated Mozzarella Cheese - 1/2 cup
Butter - 1 tbsp
Salt as needed

Chilli Sauce - 1 tsp

Oregano(optional) - 1/4 tsp
Grated Mozzarella Cheese - 1/2 cup
Butter - 1 tbsp

Method
- Chop the Onion, Capsicum and tomato into long pieces. Keep aside.
- Heat butter (1/2 tbsp) in a pan(preferably non-stick), add chopped Onions and fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Now add Capsicum and tomato to the frying pan and cook the same for 2 minutes making sure that the Capsicum does not turn too soft (do not overcook Capsicum and tomato).
- Now add Salt, Red Chilli Sauce, Garam masala powder(optional), Oregano and cook for 2 min. Mix everything well with other ingredients. Now the top layer for the Pizza, i.e., the vegetable topping is ready.
- Take bread slices and spread 2 tsp of pizza sauce (ready made like fun foods/ maggi pizza sauce) over the base.
- Now spread the pizza topping that was prepared before on the bread slice.
- Sprinkle grated Mozzarella Cheese all over the base.
- Preheat the Microwave oven or Normal OTG for 5 min. In my case, I made the Pizza in a Microwave Oven by heating in grill mode for around 12 min.Or you can heat the bread slice with some butter on a pan on slow flame.
- Serve hot with ketchup and a drink.

Tips
- You can add your choice of topping like paneer, pineapple or olives.
- You can repeat the same procedure on a pizza base to prepare Pizza.
- Instead of readymade pizza sauce u can use tomato puree cooked with ginger garlic paste, sugar, chilli powder, oregano and dry basil.
