Method
1. Heat oil in a pan and add all the tempering ingredients like mustard, jeera, curry leaves and green chillies.
2. Add peanuts and fry till done.
3. Now add chopped onions and fry till transparent. Add turmeric powder and Corriander powder to this.
4. Take a wide bowl with water and add the puffed rice. Soak for a while(4-5 min) and then squeeze out the water from them with your palm and collect it in a plate.
4. Add the soft puffed rice to the pan and mix well.
5. Switch off the heat and after 30 sec season it with lemon juice.
6. Garnish with cashews and serve hot.

Tips
- This dish tastes best when served hot.
- You can add even tomatoes and potatoes as per you taste.
