Method
- Grate coconut, add 5 cups of boiling water and keep it aside for 15 min.
- Strain through a muslin cloth and squeeze out the coconut milk.
- In a blender mix coconut milk and condensed milk.
- Serve chilled.

Tips
- Instead of condensed milk you can reduce 1/2 litre milk to half of it by heating and use.
- You can even make coconut sorbets by using only 4 cups of water and freezing it in ice-cube trays.
