Ingredients
Spinach - 1 bunch
Peas(fresh/frozen) - 1/2 cup
Onions - 1
Basmati Rice- 1 1/2 cup
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tbsp
jeera- 1 tsp
Salt - as needed
Oil - as needed

Method
1. Wash and dry 1 bunch of spinach and roughly chop it.
2. Wash 1 1/2 cups of basmati rice and keep it aside.
3. Now take a cooker, pour some oil and when the oil is hot, add jeera and chopped onions, fry till done
4. Now add chopped spinach, peas and mix.
5. Add chilli powder, garam masala and salt to above mixture.
6. Add washed rice, 3 cups of water, mix well and cover the cooker lid. Cook as you do for plain rice.
7. Serve hot with raita.
