Description: Badam Halwa is one of my favorite desserts. It's a rich, sumptuous, mouth watering delicacy. Badam is the Indian name for Almonds. This recipe is a lighter version as we use very little amount of ghee and sugar. Am using badam feast, as it will make the recipie more quicker and tasty.
Ingredients
Almonds - 50 gm
Milk - 1 and 1/2 cups
MTR badam feast- 200 gm (or any other badam powder available in market)
Sugar- if needed according to your taste.

Tips
- I like halwa without adding any extra amount of sugar as MTR badam feast already contains sugar in it. You can add sugar as per your desire for sweetness.
- If you want halwa to be in yellow color then skin of badam can be peeled and then grinded to a paste
- Keep stirring continuously as it easily gets burnt. Use non stick pan to avoid burning and sticking.
- If you want to avoid using badam feast/powder then replace it with 50 gm more almonds, saffron and required amount of sugar.
