Method
- Wash and soak rice, urad dal, fenugreek together with enough water for 4 to 5 hours.
- Grind this mix coarsely along with washed poha/thin flakes/avalakki and curd(poha make the dosas soft). Add required amount of water so that the consistency of the batter should be same as that of dosa.
- Ferment the batter for 8-10 hours.(In winter fermentation might take more time). This dish tastes better when the batter is bit sour
- .Add finely chopped onions, green chillies ,coriander, salt and pinch of cooking soda/fruit salt to the batter and mix well.

- Heat the aebleskiver (as shown in the photo) pan and add 1/4-1/2tsp of oil in it. When it is hot enough pour the batter using a spoon until it covers 3/4 th depression and cover it with a lid. Let it roast on medium flame until golden brown in color.
- After a couple of minutes using a fork or sharp knife run around the edges of each mini dosa and turn to the other side and roast until golden brown.
- Repeat the same process to make some more dosas.
- Serve hot with roasted peanuts or Onion Chutney

Tips
- If your batter is too thin then you will not get crispy dosas, so just add little rice flour, mix it well and use the batter after 3 - 4 hours.
- If your dosas do not fluff up ,then add 1/4 tsp cooking soda and mix the batter well and start cooking.
- Use sour curd for better taste.
