Method
- Arrange 2 plates with 5-6 pieces of small nippats in each plate.
- In a bowl add green chutney, sweet chutney salt, chaat masala and mix well. Apply this mixture liberally on each nippat. This quantity is personally your choice and according to your taste buds.
- Take a handful of onion, tomato and cucumber and place them on each nippat.
- Sprinkle carrot and corriander all over.
- Next comes the layer of peanuts and sev. Be generous with this as it gives a nice taste to the masala.
- Finally top it with a big handful of puffed rice(optonal). If you are using big nippat instead of the smaller ones follow the same process and slightly press at the end to break the nippat into pieces.

Tips
- For quick chutney, mix 2 tsp of tomato ketchup, 2 tsp of chilli sauce, salt, chat masala and 1 tsp of water. Use this instead of green chutney and sweet chutney and follow rest of the procedure same.
- Instead of nippat you can use potato chips for a different taste.
- This chat should be served as soon as it is prepared.
- Health conscious people can use tomato slices instead of nippat.
