Method
- Mix Coiander powder, jeera powder, besan, chilli powder, amchur powder, garam masala, and salt.Dry roast for 2 mins and keep aside.
- In the above mixture mix finely chopped onion. This is the stuffing.
- Wash Okra properly. Dry it on kitchen towels.
- Slit okra lengthwise. Fill in each of the okra with stuffing (as prepared in step 2).
- Grease frying pan with 1 tbsp oil.
- Place the okras in the pan in convenient batches.
- Shallow fry all of them.
- Remove in a serving plate. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Tips
1. This dish tastes well when prepared with tender okras
2. Cook on slow flame, hence it takes lot of time to cook completely.
3. You can add dry coconut also for stuffing as per your taste.
