Description: Cheese macaroni is loved by adults and children alike.Feel free to use any tubular pasta you want.This dish isn't going to win any prizes in the nutrition department, but i have balanced it by adding some salads like capsicum and sweet corn.
Ingredients
Macaroni - 300 grams
Processed cheese (grated) - 1 cup
Butter - 2 tbsp
Refined flour (maida) - 2 tbsp
Milk - 2 cups
Capsicum (chopped) - 1
Sweet Corn (boiled) - 1/2 cup
White pepper powder to taste
Oregano Powder to taste
Salt to taste

Method
- Cook the macaroni in a large pan of boiling water according to packet instructions (different brands may vary in size & cooking times) until done.
- Meanwhile, melt the butter in a medium saucepan and add the flour. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute over medium-low heat.
- Gradually add the milk, stirring until smooth. Stir gently until the mixture comes just to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Add the grated cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Drain pasta and return to the pan. Pour cheese sauce over the pasta and stir until well coated. Season with salt ,white pepper and oregano to taste. Serve immediately with some more cheese grated on top.

Tips
- Do not let the milk boil at any time, or cook in high flame as it may lead to curdled sauce!
- This dish tastes best when hot.
- Add salt while boiling macaroni.
- Do not over boil macroni, they ll loose their shape.
- You can try with any kind of pasta too
