Method
- Add onions, green chillis, jeera, cilantro(corriander leaves) and salt to rice flour, 1 tsp oil, sprinkle water and make a stiff dough
- Take a plastic paper , grease it with oil and take a small lemon size dove in your hand and flat it evenly like a small roti and make a small hole in between.
- Heat oil in a pan and slid the above in oil and deep fry it until golden brown on both the sides.
- Serve with butter or curd.

Tips
- You can use mix variants of flour like rice, besan or Sorghum(jowar in hindi).
- Even u can add grated carrot, radish or finely chopped cabbage to dough.
- If u want to avoid deep frying then take a pan and apply 1 tbs of oil with hand and take a handful of dough make a round ball and press directly in to pan until u get a thin layer and heat till both the sides turn golden brown.
